Injustice: The elephant was allowed to help choose members of the C.O.E .All of the members were already on the elephant's side before the case even started.The C.O.E only listened to the elephant's story.
Colonization:It was originally the man's property, but the animals took over.The actual meaning of the story, is the invasion of the Europeans in Africa.
Abuse of Power:Because of the elephant's title in the jungle, he was able to lie and get away with it.The rhinoceros ordered the man to give up, knowing that the man is scared of him.

Initially, the conflict is between the man and the elephant.
Eventually, It develops later into a conflict between the man and all of the animals in the jungle.

A man becomes angry with an elephant who pretended to be his friend in order to occupy his hut. With their dispute, they catch every animal’s attention in the jungle including the king, the lion.
During a storm, the elephant asks the man if he could share his hut with his trunk. When the man agrees, the elephant ends up kicking out the man. This causes them to go to “court.”
The elephant wins the case by lying and bribing the Commission of Enquiry(C.O.E). But, they allow the man to take any place in the jungle to build a new hut.
The man begins to build a new hut for himself, but when he finishes, an animal would occupy his place. And the process is repeated until all of the animals have their own hut.
When all of the old huts begin to decay, the man builds a giant hut to accommodate all of the animals. When all of the animals are inside and start to bicker,the man sets the hut on fire and burns it to the ground.This story has all the stages in the plot.
